Untitled design (1)It’s time to start putting together your list of spring cleaning projects!  As you take a look around your home – don’t forget about your HVAC system!  Here are a few tips to help you spring clean your air conditioner so that it’s primed and ready for the hot, humid days to come.

How to Spring Clean Your Air Conditioning System:

Clean the Outdoor Unit – The outdoor unit to your air conditioning system needs to be cleaned and maintained in order to run efficiently.  Turn off the power to the air conditioner and clean the unit, including the condenser coil and compressor.  If you’re not sure how to clean your unit, read more here or give us a call and we’ll take care of it for you!

Clean the Indoor Unit – Replace your air filters to keep dust from collecting and clogging inside of your system.

If you run into any problems with your air conditioning system, or you’re not sure where to begin with your spring cleaning HVAC maintenance, let us know!  Our professional technicians are here to help you with all of your plumbing, air conditioning and electrical needs.  We can help keep your system running smoothly and efficiently through the spring and into the summer months.
