Landscape Lighting Tricks for Your 4th of July Party

Posted on June 29th, 2015 by Jupiter Tequesta

Independence Day is next weekend! Are you throwing a party or barbecue? You’ll want to make sure your property is well-lit to not only keep the festivities going, but also to prevent injuries.

The experts of Jupiter-Tequesta Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric have pulled together the following landscape lighting tricks for your 4th of July Party:

1. Beer bottle outdoor lights

This idea comes from DIY blogger Snackerdoodles. Save up empty beer and wine bottles, give them a thorough clean, peel off the labels, and stuff them with outdoor holiday lights. This project is cheap, easy and will light up your back deck beautifully!

2. Lanterns made from paper bags

Pick up some red, white and blue paper bags to make these patriotic party lights. Make a small incision in each bag to cover string lights. Dress up the bags even more with hanging ribbons!

3. Hire a professional

Whether you don’t have the time or an eye for creativity, DIY (do-it-yourself) landscape lighting might not be for you. Luckily, Jupiter-Tequesta Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric can get the job done for you! You can count on us for landscape lighting in Palm Beach County, Martin County and St. Lucie County.
